North Soccer Club offers spring and fall soccer programs from grades PK-8.
We offer spring High School travel soccer depending upon sufficient interest.
We offer three different types of programs: Jr. Academy, BAYS Travel, and Revolution Youth Academy Select Travel. These programs are based on age and grade. The Jr. Academy and Travel programs do not take into account the skill level of players other than to group the children into the best development environment possible.
Jr. Academies
Overview
Children that are in Pre-K through 2nd Grade who will turn at least 5 years old during the current season are eligible to play in our Jr. Academy League.
These programs are development focused; typically one practice per week is led by professional New England Revolution Youth Academy Coaches and assisted by NSC Parent Coaches. Please note that NSC does not build rosters based on car-pooling, friendships, schools nor neighborhoods. Part of the learning and growing experience is meeting new people each season!
Practices/Games

Pre-K/K and Grade 1/2 both practice every Tuesday and Thursday from 5-6pm at Amvet Elementary School.

Grade 1/2 will play games every Saturday morning at either 9am or 10am at Amvet Elementary School.

Pre-K/K will have small sided scrimmages at the end of each practice with no Saturday games.

The season runs for a total of 8 weeks but could be extended due to weather cancellations.

Practices are run by New England Revolution Academy coaches and parent volunteers. Saturday games for Grade 1/2 are run by the parent coaches.

Coaching volunteers will only be asked to coach the team their child is on.

Cancellations

Every season we deal with rain days where we need to shut down the fields. We will do our best to notify families via email and social media if we are canceling practice or games. Please be patient as we work through this and try to preserve the playing fields the best we can for future use.

NSC BAYS Regular Travel Teams
Children that are entering the 3rd Grade through 8th grade are eligible to play for NSC in the BAYS Travel League. Children can elect to sign up for Fall and/ or Spring. There is no full-year commitment, and each season (spring & fall) new teams are formed based on signups for that season. NSC no longer sponsors winter teams but many of our coaches enter teams at ForeKicks Norfolk or Taunton and WWIS in N.Smithfield, RI. Contact your fall/spring coach for more information.
Practices for Travel Teams are twice a week, scheduled by the coaches once teams are announced. One practice is led by a Revolution Academy coach (assisted by NSC volunteer coaches) while the second practice is led by your NSC volunteer coach. Each practice is for (1) hour and typically begin at 5PM, 6PM or 7PM. The practice schedule is not available until all rosters are set and coaches are assigned; typically a few weeks before the first game.
Team rosters are created by our Technical Committee utilizing placement scores, coach ratings and in-person observations. Please note that NSC does not build rosters based on car-pooling, friendships, schools nor neighborhoods. We endeavor to place each player on the team that best suits their developmental level for the current season.
BAYS offers divisions in single year Grade groups for Grade 3 through Grade 6 and a combined Grade 7/8 Group. While we endeavor to field single grade teams for Grades 3 - 6, due to the number of signups as well as the relative skill level of players signed up we will from time to time combine grade groups into Grade 3/4 and Grade 5/6 in order to put teams into the best development environment possible.
Games are on Saturdays per BAYS league schedule guidelines and typically consist of a 10-game schedule. beginning in early April and ending mid to late June. Girls teams start in the morning with kick-offs typically at 9:00 AM, 10:30 AM and 11:45 AM. Boys teams start in the afternoon with kick-offs typically at 1:00, 2:30 and 4:00. Games can be up to an hour away depending on league placement but are usually within about a 30-minute drive or closer. If needed, make-up games may take place on a Sunday or weekday evening.
--> Cost of the regular travel program for fall 2024 is $225.00. Both the North Attleboro School Department and BAYS have raised their fees so NSC had to increase fees in 2024.
UNIFORM KIT REQUIREMENTS:
--> We have new kits as of fall 2021; all travel players are required to purchase the full kit for every game (red jersey, shorts & socks).

NSC / NE Revolution Youth Academy Select BAYS Travel Teams
Since the fall of 2017 NSC has been fielding Select Teams that are coached exclusively by New England Revolution Youth Academy Coaches. We began with (1) 5th-6th grade girls team and (1) 5th-6th boys team and have since grown the program to (8-10) teams per year. The number of Revs Teams will vary each year depending upon a variety of factors.
Tryouts for the fall 2025 / spring 2026 Grades 6th-8th will be held in May 2025.
These teams are selected by top New England Revolution Academy Coaches. Tryout information is provided prior to our annual tryouts that typically take place in May. This information is provided via Club-wide email and an informational meeting that typically takes place in April.
Revs Select Teams still practice in North Attleboro and continue to play in BAYS. These teams require a two season commitment (fall and spring) and also include reasonable minimum attendance requirements; however, our goal is to assist families in meeting their multi-sport / multi-activity goals. We do not "punish" players for enrolling in other sports and activities.
Practices for NSC/NE Revolution Youth Academy Select Travel Teams are twice a week, scheduled by the coaches once teams are announced. Both practices are with a designated full time Revolution Academy coach and run for 1 1/2 hours.
Grades 5th-8th Games are on Saturdays per BAYS league schedule guidelines (10 games), coached by the team's full time designated Revolution Academy Coach. Away games can be up to an hour away depending on league placement but are usually within about a 30-minute drive or closer.
Cost of the program for Fall 2025 / Spring 2026 will be about $1,100.00 (plus the cost of the kit) for the one year commitment. At least 1/2 payment is due upon accepting a roster spot. Payment in full is required before the fall season begins. Each family is required to purchase the full NSC Revs Select uniform kit. Cost is about $100.00 and includes home red jersey, alternate white jersey, shorts, socks, and short-sleeve practice jersey. Warm-ups are now optional.
High School Revs Select Team tryouts typically take place in March if there is sufficient interest, with signups beginning in February. The HS BAYS season starts in late April and ends in mid/late June. Regularly scheduled games take place on Sundays. The HS season consists of (7) games with potential for playoff game(s).
Cost of the HS program for Spring 2025 will be about $500 which includes the cost of uniforms.
